Sounds really good!

I found the included [factory] presets to be a bit of a mixed bag, some great ones for sure but most of them are kinda weird and way over the top, but your patches are really good! I should try to learn how to get the most of out this synth. It sounds absolutely fantastic.

Decent Soundbank

Just for context: I originally gave this soundbank a lower rating as I didn't feel I got my money's worth. The owner of SOUND7 promptly got in touch to inform me that he had created 34 new presets for "Oberwave" - at no additional cost.

These extra settings really help to add variety and I feel like there are substantially more sounds I would use in my Synthwave projects now. I still think "Oberwave" is a touch pricey, and some of the presets are a little samey, but overall a pretty decent soundbank, and as another reviewer commented: probably the best one available for the "bx_oberhausen" at present.

P.S. Just had to add that I'm really impressed with the customer service, and the owner is a top bloke. Cheers!

On the top end of good

Lots of content, some bass patches a bit 'samey' (so I can relate to the below comment) but all sound unique and mod wheel alters the characteristic of most sounds quite readily - then things get more varied.

Some really good solid sounds present and one of the few banks around for this style for this synth - definitely the best out there right now.

Very good

Just grabbed this and first impressions are very good. After flicking through the presets of a couple evenings now they are right to describe this as crisp. The highs are there and crisp is absolutely the right way to describe this synths tone

The presets are varied and seem well thought out with right amount of each. The basses are really nice and this synth seems lend itself well to bass and lead sounds.

Haven't scrutinised each sound in depth but definitely have enough of a flavour to say it's a very good collection
